Local Ditch Witch dealership honored

 

The Ditch Witch UnderCon dealership in Amarillo was recently honored by its parent company with membership into the Ditch Witch Crescent Club. Ditch Witch UnderCon was one of 10 dealerships nationwide to receive the annual award. The Crescent Club is the top honor within Ditch Witch, which is a Charles Machine Works company. The dealerships are recognized for providing superior customer service and support throughout the year.

Sanders Design Build wins award

Sanders Design Build, an Amarillo remodeling company, recently won a Best of Houzz customer service award for 2018. The award is based on several factors, including the number and quality of client reviews a professional receives during the previous year. Sanders Design Build has specialized in remodeling kitchens, baths and additions since 1997. It is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, NAHB Remodelers and The Professional Remodelers Council.

United pharmacies offer new vaccine

Shingrix, a new shingles vaccine, is now available in all United Supermarkets, Market Street, Albertsons Market and Amigos pharmacies throughout Texas. Shingrix was recently approved by the FDA and released to the public as a more effective vaccine for shingles, which is a reactivation of the chicken pox that shows up as a painful skin rash. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Shingrix is more than 90 percent effective at preventing shingles.

Amarillo Lock Storage adds U-Haul service

Amarillo Lock Storage LLC’s location at 4518 S. Georgia St. has signed on as a U-Haul neighborhood dealer. Amarillo Lock Storage will offer U-Haul trucks, towing equipment, moving supplies and in-store pickup for boxes. Normal business hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. After-hours drop-off is available for customer convenience. Call 806-381-8322 for more information.
